ORDER POLICIES

All customers are requested to read through the following policies before placing their order.

 

Delivery Policy

Once an order has been placed on our website, you will be sent an invoice of the order with the relevant information and details of your order. After being processed your order will be dispatched in the following 2 days. Estimated delivery time for the order, in Pakistan is 2-5 Working days. A flat delivery fee of rupees 200 is charged on all orders. You may contact us if you may have any questions or can visit the FAQ’s page to get more information.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to replace your order, you may contact us through the form that is available on our website under the ‘Contact Us’ tab. You can mention the details of your order and the issue you have faced. A member of our team will contact you to initiate exchange.

If 3 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us tab on the website
