Speeding up the process: By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

How can I place an Order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. Just follow the process and fill the required details.

You will have the option to opt for Cash on Delivery and soon will also have the option to pay online through Credit Card.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact us through the contact us tab and notify us about the problem. We would be happy to assist our customers.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once order has been placed on our website, based on destination, the following waiting times have been calculated.

Yes! You may contact us on the given contact details to discuss with us your order. We will provide you with a quotation for that.
Are the products made in Pakistan?
Yes all our products are made in Pakistan!
Do you deal in other clothing accessories?
Yes! We do deal in other clothing accessories and we will be displaying them soon. Our shop currently is focused towards neckties and products related to that.
Do you do corporate orders?
Yes, we do a lot of corporate order. You can get in touch with us through the provided contact details to get a quotation.
Do you have a physical shop location?
Currently, our shop operations are online only. However, we do hope to have a physical location available in the future.
How do I return or exchange?
If you wish to replace your order, you may contact us through the form that is available on our website under the ‘Contact Us’ tab. You can mention the details of your order and the issue you have faced. A member of our team will contact you to initiate exchange.
If 3 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us tab on the website
